Black Dragon, also known as 吉龍糖 Ji Long Tang (JLD) was founded in 1901, primarily engaging in the trade of Okinawan Brown Sugar. Their drinks prepared using quality ingredients from Taiwan and Japan.

A little history behind Okinawa Brown Sugar. Over the years, Okinawan Brown Sugar has also been a commodity in the Japanese war and has been proven to improve the physical strength of the military. Today, Okinawa Brown Sugar can be separated into different forms such as raw sugar, black caramel syrup, and black sugar. And in Black Dragon, their drinks are all crafted with these black sugar.

Prepared using quality ingredients from Japan and Taiwan, you can definitely taste the love that goes into making each cup. The chewy boba pearls from JLD Dragon are also made from scratch, by hand.
